It claims 1.8 million members who have added their profile. When I was on the site, there were more than 9000 members online accessible via the Gay.com live chat system.

Metrodate allows you to search for contacts worldwide but aims to help people meet others in their own city. It also gives information about singles events and singles travel.

There is a live chat facility, members profiles which can include video or voice messages and online message boards.

There are Basic (free) and Premium memberships. With the basic membership, you can search member profiles and use most of the other features on the site as well as flirt with three other members a day. However, if you buy a Premium Membership you can view video profiles, get your profile listed higher and do unlimited flirting.

This is the largest personals website on the Internet with over 15 million members worldwide. The service is provided by Match.com.

The site provides access to all member profiles which can be searched without purchasing a subscription. You can create a profile too without subscribing. However, to contact members, it is necessary to sign up and pay.

It is definitely worth signing up to be able to search the profiles. With so many people online, there are bound to be some that interest you. Then you can pay for a subscription if you wish to contact somebody.
